Aluminum Honeycomb Panel for Exterior Wall Decoration for Office and Outdoor Use
The aluminum honeycomb core layer (with a side length of 3-6mm) forms a large number of closed hexagonal air chambers. Sound waves are repeatedly refracted between the honeycomb walls, consuming energy. As a result, the standard board (10mm thick) achieves an air sound insulation of 25dB (while ordinary gypsum board is about 15dB), and it has a remarkable blocking effect on mid-to-high frequency noises (such as conversation and traffic noise).
